Your Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This applies to online purchases.
To exercise this right:

You must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us.
We will issue a full refund, including the basic delivery cost (if charged), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened makeup brushes unless they are faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We may request photographic evidence of the issue and will cover the cost of return postage.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at hello@bridalmakeupbysam.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm the return address and instructions.
Ensure items are securely packaged.
Obtain proof of postage – we recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, email us with details of the issue.
